Job Description

Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs.  Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships, grow existing book of business with existing and new client business units, negotiate agreements, propose product solutions, develop effective reporting infrastructure, communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Position Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create Strategic Account Plan in collaboration with the business to deliver:
  • Highly satisfied clients
  • Leads to actions that at minimum maintain revenue forecast and at best exceed revenue forecast
  • Creative approaches to quantifying our value
  • Grow the company and revenue by identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing assigned new and/or growth to existing business relationships
  • Conduct activities to identify key contacts, engage in a variety of communication activities, maintain record of activities in Salesforce.com, and negotiate agreements
  • Improve and expand customer relationship networks
  • Manage contract activities and compliance to ensure contract renewal
  • Prepare and deliver client facing business reviews at the frequency directed by client’s vendor manager team
  • Work closely with operations to ensure delivery of client metrics daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Conduct regular follow up meetings with clients to progress the relationship, address concerns, and create corrective action plans
  • Ensure final billing is correct and follow-up on unpaid bills/billing disputes on a monthly basis
  • Ability to travel as necessary to EAW sites or client meetings

Education and Experience

  • 5-10 years of account management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering revenue results
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with clients, particularly within the BPO space
  • Demonstrated ability to spot opportunities for growth and turn such opportunities into “sales”
  • Ability to analyze operational results and provide feedback to operations when a client expresses dissatisfaction, up to and including spearheading the cure plan
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of client and EAW management
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with all levels and functions in the company supporting the delivery of the client’s objectives and goals
  • Highest standards of ethical behavior & positive contribution to the community, consistent with the EAW and greater Strada mission
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, business administration, or other related field.  Master’s a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in business planning, development of account plans or relationship improvement plans, with proven results.
