We are a technology services company that provides Technology Instruction & IT support and services to schools.
We are looking to hire a reliable, polished full-time employee for Level 2 Technology Support in a school in the Wilmington, DE area. You will be working as part of a 2-person team. This is a solely IT position. Having prior Technology Support experience in schools would be a plus. Having basic IT certifications like A+, Network+, or CCNA would be a big plus. Experience with computer/laptop/tablet repair would be strongly preferred.

Experience with the use and troubleshooting of various Operating Systems including Windows/Windows Server, MacOS, iOS and ChromeOS preferred.
Experience with virtualized environments utilizing VMware.
Experience with enterprise management systems, such as JAMF and Microsoft Endpoint.
Knowledge of industry best practices related to server administration, security,
monitoring, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience with Google Workspace Applications and the Admin console would be a plus, though not required.
Must be able to keep several tasks in mind and prioritize them. Must also be willing to work with school staff to adjust priorities and schedule to meet the needs of the administration and faculty.
Ideal candidate will be a "people person", reliable, upbeat, and ready and excited to meet new challenges every day. A polished, well-groomed professional style/appearance is also important.

Ideal candidate must be comfortable training staff at all levels of technical literacy. Patience and the ability to explain complicated themes in everyday language is important.
Associates/Bachelor degrees in an IT/Technology field preferred, but not required.
Passing Delaware and Federal FBI background checks with fingerprinting is non-negotiable. Reliable transportation is required.
The applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.
