Teacher Trainer Professional Development Instructor

The Teacher Trainer (Professional Development Instructor) is responsible for the facilitation of staff development training to PK-12 grade teachers.

To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive, self-starter who can efficiently plan, manage and complete tasks effectively. You must enjoy working with those in the education arena and can work independently as well as collaboratively in order to get the job done.

The Teacher Trainer (Professional Development Instruction) will have strong relationship building skills, communication skills, and possess an ability to be creative while being attentive to details and following plans through to completion.

We believe that the key to providing effective professional development is to understand it as an ongoing process that is embedded in the daily work of teachers and leaders. To this end, we are seeking those with the ability to present our strategies and techniques for student success during campus staff development days.

This position is part of a growing network of professionals focused on delivering highly effective, research-based training to educators. You will train other teachers using our copyrighted and highly successful evidence-based programs.
