How you'll make an impact: * Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Azure Active Directory & Office 365 stack in a multi-Domain environment. * Direct daily operations of the IT department by establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. * Monitor server hardware, software, and business applications. * Provide leadership and coaching to team members. * Own hiring decisions for the area of responsibility. * Provide tier 1 support of network Infrastructure and troubleshooting. Work with vendor for escalations support of network (Tier 2/3). * Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems to meet PCI-DSS standards. * Define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations. * Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and timeliness of projects. * Manage financial aspects of the Corporate IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review. * Coordinate technology onboarding/offboarding policies & procedures between the IT & HR departments. * Manage end-user environments for both Windows and Mac support. * Research IT projects for upcoming needs. * Provide complex 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for escalated IT concerns. * Enforce extensive support for critical issues, such as outages with ISP, servers, and email systems. * Ensures all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved. * Audit existing IT landscape for the organization and provide recommendations for improvements that support best practices * Manage cellular and wireless devices / systems from Vendor & MDM. * Maintenance of physical security (fob) systems for multiple locations. * Conduct Legal eDiscovery, searches, and incident response as required. * Maintenance & troubleshooting support of Teams Conference room systems. And here's what we think you're like: * B.S. degree in management information systems, computer science or business * 8-10 years of overall infrastructure and network security experience * Experience leading/managing within a successful IT organization in the retail services industry.

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure services teams (including systems administration/data center management and network security) * Strong technical and analytical skills with IT experience in the areas of network, application servers, e-mail, local and wide area networking, security and communications technology, backup and disaster recovery * Proficient in SQL, LAN/WAN, VMWare, Cisco Routers/Switches, VOIP and SharePoint * Knowledge of and familiarity with current and emerging technologies and ability to adapt to new technologies * Ability to delegate, lead and monitor the work flow as well ability to handle multiple projects * Self-motivation and ability to thrive in fast-paced organization, outstanding multi-tasking and organization skills * A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected * Proven experience developing, planning and executing enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives * Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to clearly articulate technology strategy recommendations often to those without a technical acumen * Experience with ITIL framework and processes helpful * Positive team-oriented focus with the ability to communicate IT goals and vision throughout organization in a clear and compelling manner; * Experience in distributed data center model is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive Salary and Benefit plans * Healthcare Plan including health/dental/vision insurance * 401K Plan * Section 125 Flexible Spending Account * Life Insurance * Short- and Long-Term Disability * Paid time off * Paid holidays We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
