Edge Concepts is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who is career minded and posses unmatched people skills. This is an entry-level opening NOT in a call center environment. As a result of clients placing a high value on the more personalized approach and excellent customer service delivered by the customer service team, there is a new opening to expand our campaign.
Servicing Fortune 500 clients with a smile and a handshake is why the customer service division has enjoyed unprecedented growth this year. Campaigns are focused on developing and executing unique and personable advertising strategies designed to generate new customers for clients.

The Challenge: We are continuously expanding the client base and the number of territories covered on a National scale. The current client base is exceptionally diverse, and operating territories now stack up to 5 across the nation. These growing marketing campaigns require customer service professionals to work on-site providing direct customer and client support through promotional techniques.
The Position: Customer Service Representatives work in an environment centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. Bringing together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise, skills, and potential helps senior management create progressive promotional event solutions for clients. Edge Concepts is looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to the existing and future client base.
