The Role

INF Associates invites you to join our dynamic lighting team in a Project Manager role. Here, you will be at the helm of turnkey projects, where your meticulous attention to detail and industry knowledge will be instrumental in developing energy-efficient solutions. We're transforming the cityscape, implementing intelligent network-based lighting controls throughout Manhattan's premium companies and real estate portfolios, in pursuit of their sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze site assessments, providing an accurate design solution that meets client needs.
- Design and specify lighting energy solutions with current market trends and code compliancy.
- Coordinate, manage, and facilitate multiple jobs in an efficient manner while meeting all deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate with staff, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure on-time delivery of high quality, detailed, error-free products.
- Review and update accurate project files.
- Provide day-to-day updates on projects using CRM processes.

The Person
- Knowledge of wattage, base types, and accessories for archaic lamp types, fixtures, and LED versions.
- Knowledge of lighting and controls application, design, and installation principles.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, energy codes, and NYC local laws.
- Knowledge of utility incentive programs and equipment qualification requirements.
- Experience coordinating and managing several projects with different subcontractors.
- Experience evaluating capital projects, operational changes and upgrades that result in reduced energy and demand.
- Experience with lighting, lighting controls, retrofit design, retrofit installation, and lighting building codes are preferred.
