Job Summary/Objective:

The National Sales Manager will drive new sales opportunities in business channels both online and offline. Fully manage the process and implementation of our refurbished product lines to make sure that they do not interfere with the sales of new products in our established channels.


  • Identify and develop new channel partners and new market sales opportunities
  • Manage refurbished product (business) and implement plans to move “renewed” product to alternative channels
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with large customers
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department as related to your key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts on a rolling basis
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with partners’ needs
  • Work with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency throughout the channel
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and competitive ongoings in the marketplace


  • Provide reports on progress vs. yearly budget plans
  • Previous working experience as a National Sales Manager for a minimum of 8 years
  • Consumer Electronics category knowledge and experience
  • In depth knowledge of managing high performance sales accounts >$10M sales revenue
  • Working experience with Retail channel partners in Consumer Electronics
  • Experience with both Online/E-Commerce and Brick-n-mortar accounts
  • Understanding of how to setup new accounts with other functional groups in an organization
  • Management of outside Sales Rep Firms to assist the company in achieving sales goals
  • Analytical and data driven problem solver w/ ongoing use of reporting sales performance metrics


  • B S/BA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar relevant field

Preferred Experience:

  • New category business development
  • Regional experience in USA, Canada and LATAM sales accounts
  • Startup experience
  • Homecare appliance category working knowledge
