Solar Project Coordinator/Administrator - Solar Energy

The Solar Project Coordinator is fully responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for Ecomark Solar’s Residential PV projects throughout the Front Range Markets. The Solar Project Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to residential solar customers and guides them through their project from start to finish. This is a full time salary position with benefits. EcoMark offers a vibrant and collaborative work environment in the booming renewable energy industry.

Job Duties:

  • Act us primary point of contact for all residential solar customers through the duration of their project, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage the project cycle for residential PV projects
  • Arrange and schedule key project milestones
  • Coordinate completion and execution of necessary documentation
  • Ensure that all project progress is documented according to prescribed procedures
  • Complete utility interconnection and rebate applications for all customers
  • Complete HOA applications for all applicable customers
  • Final QA check of all documents, designs, and information being sent to customers, and correction of any internal discrepancies
  • Carry out weekly customer communication plan as prescribed
  • Coordinate onsite services with customers (site audits, installs and access, service calls)
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and direct service issues to an appropriate party
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys after install and follow up on both good and poor responses
  • Work closely with installation teams, providing job level support and customer coordination

Core Tasks:

  • Ensure timely completion of all residential PV projects
  • Ensure accuracy in job related applications and documentation
  • Work proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of project status and needs
  • Communicate project status with internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client relations


  • Exceptional communication, time management, and follow up skills required
  • High level of organization and professionalism
  • Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Foresight and desire to take initiative to achieve desired results
  • Preferred: Relevant and comparable experience within the residential solar industry
  • Required: Four year college degree


  • Scheduled: Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00, flexible scheduling offered
  • Full Time - 40 hr work week
