Job Title: National Wedding Coordinator   

Overview

Department: Sales

Location: Washington, DC

Reports To:  Partner / VP  (John Boozer), Owner (Robert Wood) 

Position Summary

The National Wedding Coordinator position at Eco Caters is based on facilitation and management of all areas around the cultivation, coordination and execution for outbound and inbound wedding leads with a focus on building our company Wedding portfolios. The scope of this role covers all three of the EcoCaters Markets, Los Angeles, San Diego and Washington, DC. There will be a focus on driving daily activity, tracking and accounting through KPI’s and proficient use of our internal softwares and CRM’s. The goal is to help drive exposure of our brand in the wedding industry, while increasing our lead generation and the proposal development and eventual sale of all wedding related leads. There will be a streamlined communication to the VP for updates and weekly calls for strategy, goal setting, forecasting and activity. 

 

This role will work in collaboration with the VP of Sales and Regional Sales manager for coaching and further personal, professional and financial growth to continue on the path of management development. 

 

It will take a self-motivated individual willing to dedicate additional time to support our sales quotas as related to our market and national goals. Our goal is to generate, based on a growing monthly quota, the revenue necessary to hit the assigned annual goal. Success of this role will be supported through helping the team in a variety of lead generating activities inclusive of but not limited to cold calling, networking events, linkedin, social media, lunches, and referrals from existing clients.  Organization and time management will be critical in the success of this role. 

Major Responsibilities 

Create New Leads:  Build new networks.  Attend industry related networking and market chamber events. Use online platforms like LinkedIn, Wedding Pro, Party Slate and more to build bridges. Create awareness through a personal pipeline of contacts and references. Utilizing all company lead generating activities.

Marketing Ownership: Be able to work in tandem with management to maintain current marketing objectives and create, execute and implement new marketing strategies. 

Manage Pipeline: Build individual and market pipeline daily.  Respond to all assigned inbound leads and follow ups within the proper time frame as instructed per market. Keep extreme detail to stay organized within Go High Level, Caterease and other internal platforms. 

Follow KPI Metrics: Follow and abide by Eco Caters Daily, weekly and monthly metrics. As identified in the market, you should be able to properly track the team's progress to help yourself and management hold accountability and assess success within your role and market.. 

Manage Weekly Sales Hygiene: Daily checks within company software and tracking metrics. This will include KPI updates and check ins for performance indicators as it applies to your role. Communicates deadlines and sales goals to management and other team members.

Organize and Implement Sales Strategy:  Help management install industry strategy, sales plans, revenue goals and milestones. 

Reporting: Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about individual performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

Office Maintenance: Ensures company brand materials, inventories and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards. Is also responsible for delegating appropriate responsibilities. 

Clear Communication: Understand resources, deadlines, and workload and effectively communicate to the owner and upper management about the status of the department.

Compensation

  • $60,000-$65,000.00 / Salary 

  • Variable commission structure based off of Revenue Base (100% of Food and Beverage and 25% of Non-F&B) - Cumulative Commission Plan - 2.5% Food, 2% Other and 8% of the service fee

  • All F&B related costs must hold a minimum of 25% margin

  • Additional quarterly market quota buster bonuses of $500-$1,000 (Must meet or exceed monthly quota for 3 months consecutively to qualify)
