Account Manager

Eclipse Gaming is a leading provider of entertainment solutions for the casino industry, currently headquartered in Duluth, GA. We specialize in making products that target players who have a passion for casino games.

Eclipse Gaming Systems is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work within our Sales team. Ideally based in Washington State, this role will report to our Regional Sales Director and will have daily contact with casinos based in the Western half of the United States. This role will focus on making sure existing customer needs are met and generating sales with existing and new customers. The person filling this role will be confident managing multiple projects, have impeccable attention to detail and will be extremely customer focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for building effective relationships with both existing and new clients to explore possible upsell opportunities. Record accurately and pass sales leads on to the Regional Sales Director
• Proactively reach out regularly to existing customer base to make sure needs are being met.
• Proactively reach out to new casinos to showcase Eclipse Gaming's portfolio.
• Coordinate and attend regional casino events in line with sales and marketing schedules.
• Be up to date on all past, present and future Eclipse Gaming product offerings / releases and be able to communicate game features.
• Provide feedback and resolve customer account issues accordingly. Escalate significant issues to the Regional Sales Director as and when appropriate.
• Ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Skills and Expertise:

• 2+ years of sales experience within the gaming industry.
• A proven track record of meeting sales quotas within the slots/gaming industry.
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
• An excellent communicator both with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, intermediate to advanced excel skills are advantageous.

Background / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience and knowledge of the Class II Slots market.
• Experience of working at a leading slot gaming company is a significant advantage.
