Job Description

Echo360s Marketing Manager will join a marketing team that values creativity, collaboration, and action. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute go-to-market and assist with product marketing strategies and campaigns which will grow Echo360s business in its priority geographies (NA, EMEA, APAC) and markets (Education, Business, Government). We are looking for a demand generation zealot and marketing maven with high capacity and versatility; someone who operates with competitive curiosity, urgency, and strong right and left-brain skills to create, execute, and analyze effective campaigns. You operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Event, and Product and architect the bridge-building between the benefits of our products and the markets that need them.

This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States

Key Attributes/Duties:

  • Planning and Project Management: Coordinate development and launches of digital marketing and event campaigns, managing messaging and cross-functional implementation
  • Campaign Design: Working with agencies, sales, and our internal UX/UI team, developing and executing in-market, in-app, and sales enablement messaging and marketing
  • Marketing Maven: passion for effective marketing, able to know and apply best practices to Echo360 business
  • Competitive Intelligence: relentless curiosity and competitiveness about marketing activities and positioning of players in the competitive landscape
  • Collaboration: product management, DevOps, sales, customer success, and marketing to develop and execute campaign messaging that resonates with our market segment ICPs
  • Strategy2Execution: Ability to think strategically and activate nimbly and accurately in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Critical Thinking: Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting accordingly


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (email, search, social)
  • SaaS product marketing experience, preferably EdTech, a plus
  • Proficient with Hubspot and Microsoft Office suite
  • Competent with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Adobe Creative suite competence a plus
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
