Echo Project Management Group is a patient-centered leader in medical research and recruiting in the study of rare diseases, chronic health conditions and mental illness. As part of a connected community through Echo, patients have the the opportunity to share their personal experiences about their diagnosis and treatment which is used by physicians, scientists, pharmaceutical companies and other medical institutions to improve patient services.

We are seeking a kind and charismatic phone recruiter to join our team. The recruiter is the gateway to our office, and the ideal candidate will be a positive and outgoing individual with a pleasant speaking voice and effective communication skills. While the majority of the recruiter’s day is spent on the telephone, they also manage recruitment campaigns and work closely with our Project Managers and Clients to ensure that potential patients are a good fit in specific medical studies. Training will be provided if you are willing to learn something new and up for a new challenge while helping people.

A Recruiter must be able perform several duties including but not limited to panel screening questions for eligibility for any of the ongoing studies, database review for patients interested in medical studies, pre-screen patients and disposition unqualified candidates, schedule appointments for pre-qualified eligible candidates, maintain and update the patient database. At times, a recruiter will also help coordinate in-facility interviews (face to face).


MUST BE Proficient with Apple OS X devices and software programs (iWork / Numbers).

Excellent telephone etiquette.

MUST have a home office, or quiet work environment.

Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Medical research experience preferred, may be substituted with a combination medical experience and sales/recruiting.

Flexible schedule, able to work morning hours.

Execution of multiple studies simultaneously.


Strong organizational skills.

Thorough, efficient and detailed oriented./

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Legible handwriting.

Experience with Mac office, Microsoft office, Adobe, Apple mail and Outlook.

Knowledge / experience with scanning documents, replying / forwarding / attaching documents through email.

Flexible schedule, able to work morning hours.

Must thrive under deadline driven schedules.

Ability to track quotas.

Problem solver.

Able to be teachable and take directions.

Able to obtain a good attendance record.
