The Project Manager applies knowledge, skills, and experience to manage the delivery of contracted work for new or existing partner organizations on the ClientTrack platform. The Project Manager will coordinate talent comprising of Business Analysts, Software Implementation Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Report Writers, and Database Developers to fulfill the contractual needs.
What you'll do -
Manage all aspects of a given project through its lifecycle as primary communication point.
Manage the quality, time, cost, scope, risk, and talent of each project to ensure a predictable and successful delivery.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when communicating to key and executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
Help frame the statement of work for accuracy before contract signature to identify with clarity what is both in and out of scope of the project.
Identify, track, and monitor project-related issues, scope, changes, variances, risks, and contingencies during implementation.
Monitor and document the progression of projects-to-schedule and present timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.
Learn and maintain working knowledge of the ClientTrack platform.
Partner with other project managers to establish and maintain best practices.
Able to travel on-site to a partner organization for key project kickoffs along with key delivery meetings.
What you'll need -
Previous knowledge of implementation of enterprise software (case management software highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree or higher and/or comparable experience will be considered.
Experience working with multiple teams and departments.
Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Solid understanding of processes that align with Agile software values.
Demonstrated ability to communicate data driven decisions that lead to results.
Experience working in an environment with HIPAA and other security and privacy regulations.
