This position provides executive administrative assistance to the Program Manager, of NSIN.
Requires an individual who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintains a professional composure, highly dependable, ability to work independently, will represent the executive's office with diplomacy and integrity and exercises/uses utmost discretion when receiving and handling e-mail, telephone calls and other requests with a high level of flexibility to continually prioritize actions, duties and responsibilities required to support the executive's office.
Requires the individual to work seamlessly across multiple geographic locations and work confidently and closely with Eccalon's Corporate Executive office.
High volume of calendar management activity which includes ability to re-work and de-conflict calendar schedule and identify knowledgeable individuals to attend meetings on behalf of the executive's office.
Arrange travel plans (domestic and international as well as ground transportation) that frequently requires multiple changes to meet changing business schedule; assemble and provide all necessary travel documentation and business material needed prior to travel.
Process expense reports in Concur as well as reconciling corporate travel card.
Standard administrative duties include assisting in preparation of briefing materials; setup and support of a variety of meetings involving Eccalon and external customer attendees, including refreshments, electronic equipment, arrange & start Video Teleconferences and Skype meetings, support escort requirements and other tasks as necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word.
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time with limited supervision
