Stachs LLC is a subsidiary of Eaze Technologies and supports the operations of a network of cannabis delivery, manufacturing & distribution facilities. Eaze, our technology arm, supports the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products.

The Senior Brand Manager is an integral part of the Go to Market team. In this role, you'll be the point of contact for brands on the Eaze menu. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills, learns quickly and is detailed oriented. Heavy internal and external communications are an important part of this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage high-level relationships with cannabis brand partners related to day-to-day operations, assortment, marketing, financials, etc. Be the "face of Eaze" and cross-departmental liaison for assigned accounts 
  • Monitor brand partner sales performance and actively diagnose and creatively solve issues to ensure partner success. Be the internal advocate and voice of assigned brand partners
  • Responsible for revenue goals related to brand marketing initiatives. Work closely with internal marketing team to create, pitch, close and execute deals including promotional activity, co-branded advertising, merchandising strategies, events & sponsorships and other marketing tactics on the Eaze platform. Responsible for sales planning/reporting, pipeline management and achieving quarterly sales goals.
  • Work closely with internal Supply Chain team to ensure availability of products through effective demand planning and stringent adherence to operational guidelines
  • Scout and negotiate deals with new cannabis brand partners. Stay current on cannabis industry trends, new brands & products, competition, etc.
  • Partner cross functionally across all departments at Eaze including finance, marketing / PR, legal & compliance, Marketplace operations, etc.
  • Who You Are:

  • 4+ years sales and/or account management experience

  • Experience with cannabis industry, online marketplaces, e-commerce merchandising, advertising media sales a plus
