Radiant Logic Engineer

Easy Dynamics is looking for Radiant Logic Engineer to support an enterprise wide ICAM implementation. As part of an Agile Customer Experience & Integrations team, you work directly with client stakeholders (application owners, security officers, product owners etc.) to boost their application access security and improve customer experience.  

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be an excellent communicator and possess the ability to work independently with minimal direct guidance.  

• Establish organizational IAM priorities, roadmap, and program strategies to the client.
• Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks
• Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development
• Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices
• Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication Lead discussions on IAM architecture, process, and governance development
• Install, integrate, configure, deploy and architect IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management
• Transcribe and present technical information to business / executive levels
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solution
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities
• Oversee multiple engagements to ensure methodology is observed on all client engagements and engineering works meetings technical and quality standards
• Attend relevant technical training and conferences to further develop technical skills and remain current on IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent
• 4+ years demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) including both the Federated Identity Management (FIM) and Identity Correlation and Synchronization (ICS) components
• Demonstrated experience integrating data sources/applications into VDS, configuring VDS data access views and permissions, and correlating and synchronizing identities
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex ICAM projects and providing strategic and technical advisory services
• Knowledge of protocols such as SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs
• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance

• 5+ years demonstrated experience designing, architecting, implementing, operating, upgrading, and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) including both the Federated Identity Management (FIM) and Identity Correlation and Synchronization (ICS) components.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with Windows servers, databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL), application servers (Tomcat, IIS, Apache).
• Knowledge of cloud computing models (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), zero trust security models, and mobile computing
• Knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53 and 800-63, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.
• Demonstrated experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OpenID/OpenID Connect, one-time passcodes, PKI, derived credentials, FIDO, U2F, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC
• Experience with AWS, GSA USAccess, HR Connect, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Office365, Okta, Azure AD, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk
• RadiantOne Certificate
