Call Center Rep Assignment:
Type: Temp with possibility of full hire
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $15 - $16/hr
Call Center Rep Duties:
Outbound Call Center Representatives are calling established clients (Dental Offices), rying to provide them the option to upgrade from their current software platform! They will also provide their clients with Cloud based demos and assist with the client's implementation into their new platform.
• High volume of outbound calls to existing clients for the attachment migration project
• Migrating and training clients on attachment services
• Light Technical Support and training on our website
• Ticket documentation
• Excel Reporting
Call Center Rep Requirements:
• Preferably outbound calling experience. Open to sales from a retail environment, but must be a real go-getter and tech savvy
• Must be comfortable with sales
• Technical Support or Call Center experience
• Proficient computer knowledge and skills
• Must have lots of energy and a charismatic personality
