Eastridge is seeking a dedicated and eager Office Assistant for their client who is a leading provider in support services for original equipment manufacturers! If you have 1-3 years in Administrative or Receptionist experience, we want to hear from you! We are looking to interview TODAY!
Position: Office Assistant
Type: Temporary to hire
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm
Pay: $16 -18/hr
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and forward to correct departments
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Schedule appointments, log in packages, confirm guest mail arrivals
- Support the HR Manager with administrative duties as assigned.
- Update and maintain databases
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, receptionist, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, G-Suites, Outlook
- Must have strong typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - for Excel must understand basic formulas
