Duration: Temporary (until January 2019)
Pay: $17 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, handle a high volume of emails and phone calls, while simultaneously processing return and exchange requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Handle all inbound communications via phone, email, live chat or social media
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone
- Handle customer concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
- Process online orders
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Go above and beyond to consistently exceed customer expectations
- 1-2 years in Customer Service
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and spelling
- Exceptional phone, email, and chat etiquette
- Goal oriented self-motivator
- Typing proficiency of 65 WPM
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Motivation and passion to help others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bi- Lingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a PLUS!
