Eastridge is currently hiring 15 new call center representatives to work on the east side of town. We are seeking tech savvy candidates that are comfortable keeping up with chat conversations, typing around 45 wpm.
All shifts are early mornings and/or during the day between 4am-8pm, no overnights!
This is a fun, out-going, innovative team that has regular events, raffles and contests. Pay is starting at $12 but will raise to $13 with positive KPI results.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
