Call Center Representative with Sales Experiencie
Take patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Guide callers through problem solving, insurance assistance, co-pay, deductible, type of appointments, and any other concerns or requests the patient may need.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering patient assistance and support.
Call patients to inform them about the company's new services, benefits and products.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve patient service.
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's patient management policies.
The call center representative is an integral member of the patient capture and retention team. Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective patients. The Representative will work to guarantee the adequate and timely conversion of direct and referenced incoming calls through different routes.
Under the immediate supervision of the call center manager, the call center representative is responsible for helping callers through the intake and retention process in a timely and accurate manner
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Confidence and knowledge.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Required Education and Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Bachelor is a plus
