Description:
- Responsible for front desk reception, record keeping, scheduling, answering phones, payment collection, registrations, assessments, and data entry.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, ability to communicate with people of varying backgrounds, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
- Occasional travel to Jefferson and Morgan county offices.
- Must be flexible with work schedule, as this position rotates with other Customer Service Representatives to cover the front desk M-Th 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm. Office closes at 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Qualifications:
- High School/ GED required
- Prior experience in a medical office or similar appointment setting scenario, computer skills, and familiarity w/ various office equipment.
