Campus/Center DirectorSaluda, SC, USAre you ready to make a difference in the life of farmworker families and their children?
Come work for one of thebestMigrant Head Start programs in the US, East Coast Migrant Head Start Project (ECMHSP).
ECMHSP is a nationally recognized leader in childcare and early education that is committed to preparing Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers’ children for success.
We are currently looking for aCampus/Center Directorto fill vacant positions in theSaluda, South Carolinalocation.

Duties

TheCampus/Center Directoris responsible for managing the daily operations of the center; ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of ECMHSP, Head Start Performance Standards (45-CFR 1304), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Ensures that the center is making progress towards ECMHSP, Regional, and center goals and objectives. The position follows ECMHSP service plans and supports the implementation of ECMHSP Strategic Plan Goals and Objectives.Experience working with the Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle,and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Requirements

Minimum requirements for this position:
Preferred Requirements:Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.Related years of supervisory/administrative and Head Start experience.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field and with years of supervisory/administrative experience.
