Greet incoming customers and assist them if needed while they wait for a salesman.less thanbr>- File paperwork and invoices as they come in each day.less thanbr>- Print and organize car auctions from different regions day by day to give to the owner.less thanbr>- Respond to online vehicle inquiries through our CRM system.less thanbr>- Update website with new vehicle information and images.less thanbr>- Maintain social media accounts such as Google My Business, Facebook, and Twitter.less thanbr>- Monitor review sites and respond to all reviews posted by our customers.less thanbr>- Organize and send monthly invoices to our customersless thanbr>- Authorize... credit/debit card authorizations with our systemless thanbr>- Create and send paperwork such as credit card authorization forms and buyer's orders to new customers.
Follow up with them to ensure their paperwork is completed.less thanbr>- Assist the owner, salesmen, parts department, and others with tasks they may need help with.less than/p>less thanp>Other duties will vary day to day. As the person develops in the position more responsibility will be added on given the employee shows dedication and strong work ethic.
