Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Eagle HealthPlans in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time remote Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with the expertise, networks, and broker contacts to further expand our business and share in our success. Founded by industry veterans, Eagle HealthPlans is a health benefits provider focused on niche markets with employers of young and healthy employees. As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you fully own and execute the sales life-cycle and market strategies from prospecting through complex negotiation to close. Through the development of sales messaging, lead generation, email marketing, presentations, and other methods, you are able to close sales with brokers, agents, or directly to businesses. For both new and existing clients, you research and recommend account development opportunities. You work with current and potential clients in a consultative manner to shape RFPs and share industry insight, knowledge, and expertise with the goal to provide solutions that meet the needs of each small business. With your excellent interpersonal skills, you maintain strong relationships with clients.

You also develop promotional marketing content and education programs using email marketing, whitepapers, webinars, social media, and other online digital tools. By remaining current on industry trends, using social selling tools, and monitoring competitor activity, you are able to identify, develop, and communicate product or marketing improvements to management. Your understanding of the market, ability to find the right clients and broker partners, and effective closing skills ensure your success in this insurance sales position.


  • 5+ years of insurance sales experience (some small business sales and account management helpful)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the group health space
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
  • Quiet space to work from home
  • Ability to occasionally go to corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA
