EXR is seeking qualified real estate professionals as well as newly or soon to be licensed agents who want to join our team of refined and sophisticated associates. With an emphasis on turning our agents into real estate professionals we offer our a comprehensive understanding of the markets and what it takes to succeed in any condition. What EXR Provides

  • Proprietary Software: This software has been tailored to each agent’s needs, acting as a step-by-step support system in all aspects of the business.
  • Open Door Policy: We encourage employees to voice any suggestions that they feel would benefit the company. We make adjustments to fit market needs and make it a priority to do everything within reason to improve support for EXR agents.
  • Transparency: We don't have expenses for our agents, and we don't charge desk fees.
  • Team Structure: To ensure that each agent is developing and growing as a member of EXR, agents attend bi-weekly meetings with the managing partners to track each agent’s progress and more specifically, to mentor employees on how to grow as an agent and succeed to the best of their abilities.
  • Sales Listings: EXR provides firm-wide sales exclusives. EXR prides itself on high levels of sales sophistication and deal management. All firm exclusives are given to our agents.
  • Upward Mobility: EXR is focused on steady but timely expansion. Our new offices will require managers and executive staff. Our belief in the importance of promoting internally means that new management and executive positions will be filled by existing EXR team members. What We Ask of You

  • Be a licensed real estate agent or be ready to complete licensing courses.
  • Have availability to work full time and be eager to start making deals.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to learn the fundamentals of the industry and training for success.
