The Operations Expert will assist in providing an outstanding customer satisfaction through leading the merchandise flow processes and ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately. In addition, the Operations Expert will be responsible for executing shipping and receiving orders while meeting or exceeding productivity standards. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the operational functions within the store and providing transactional support to customers as needed. May act as a mentor to assist new and developing associates.
+ Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express time and efficiency standards
+ Troubleshoot and maintain mobile POS equipment and ensure staging areas are organized and present well
+ Replenish product as needed
+ Process freight and sensor product
+ Maintain a clean and organized stock room to ensure efficient merchandise
processing from stock room to floor
+ Coordinate product pricing and markdowns
Operations and Customer Engagement
+ Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately according to company SOP
+ Stay current on Express product, sales and service to provide clients with the best
+ Assist less experienced and new Sales Associates during onboarding and training
+ Assist with floor set changes according to company SOP
+ May occasionally be required to assist customers on the sales floor with locating
product and/or online orders
+ Education: High School or Equivalent
+ Years of Experience 0 - 2: Must have at least 6 months previous experience with inventory, order fulfillment, and/or stocking
+ Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
Preferred Qualifications (skills and abilities
+ Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers
+ Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
+ Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
+ Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once
