About the Job:
- Greeting customers.
- Schedule successful appointments with qualified client.
- Create new and maintain existing client accounts by accurately recording account information and correspondence details.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals as needed.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic organization skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and remain courteous when faced with difficult or upset callers.
- Ability to work independently within specified time constraints.
- Fluent in English with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Bi-lingual is a plus.
