Assistant Installation Manager

Express Home Services, LLC is looking for an Assistant Installation Manager to assist in the daily processing functions in conjunction with the Installation Manager. This person must be extremely motivated, organized and personable. An emphasis on detail, positive communication skills, problem solving and efficiency is a must. Background in sales, Microsoft Office Suites, RFMS, and database input is strongly recommended.

Express Home Services, LLC is a leading supplier of floor coverings for both residential and commercial markets throughout Arizona. Express Flooring offers a complete selection and installation of carpet, resilient tile, porcelain/ceramic tile, laminate, wood, stone, vinyl, and other specialty surfaces.


  • Answering phones

  • Development of daily work orders and service reports

  • Assistance in payroll processing

  • Selling sales appointments and Free In-Home Estimates

  • Performing call-backs in regards to service scheduling and installation confirmation

  • Collaborate with Operation Manager and Design Team to ensure timely and efficient installation


  • Retail sales experience

  • Proficiency in computers with a strong background in the Microsoft Office Suites. Background in RFMS or similar data processing systems is recommended.

  • Past management experience
