Ewald Fleet Solutions is a privately-owned Wisconsin based company. We’re a leader in fleet management programs for any size business, both locally and nationwide. Our experienced team of professionals assist businesses in understanding and leveraging the value of fleet leasing. Our Account Executives are available for a meeting with anyone in need of starting a new business fleet, expanding or selling an existing fleet, or simply looking for more cost-effective ways to manage a fleet. As an Ewald Solutions Account Executive, you will foster new business partnerships through consultative sales processes.
This is an Monday – Friday position!
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sell fleet management solutions to C-level executives.
· Convey Ewald Fleet Solution’s value proposition to bring on new business partnerships.
· Achieve targeted sales goals for prospecting, appointments and new business development monthly.
· Conduct a consultative sales process leading decision-makers from the initial meeting to proposal and close.
· Manage the implementation and roll-out of fleet management programs.
· Conduct client reviews while identifying additional opportunities within your book of business.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of sales experience
· B2B outside sales experience preferred
· Fleet Management or Truck Leasing Preferred
· Ability to navigate a complex sale
· Strong negation skills
· Must be driven and have the ability to excel in an energetic fast-past competitive sales environment
Required Skills:
· Possess excellent time management skills
· Develop and deliver effective sales presentations
· Initiate, negotiate and implement contracts and financial information
· Ability to manage objections and dismiss rejection
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
