Sales/Operations Recruiter
The Sales/Operations Recruiter position is a critical component of EVO's overall Talent Acquisition strategy and will work closely to sales and operations leaders nationally to source, attract, and hire the top sales and sales support talent in our industry. This is an in-office position based in Addison, TX.
What You'll Do:
Source qualified candidates to fill open positions in a timely manner
Creatively and proactively work to find ways to source candidates through external job postings, niche job boards, social media, industry events, etc.
Conduct phone screens to determine skill level and capabilities of potential candidates
Build pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings; use information gathered about the industry and company to anticipate hiring needs and prepare for future hiring
Schedule interviews via phone, in-person, and at office locations
Work directly with the hiring manager to develop ideal candidate profiles for external job postings
Issue and evaluate assessments
Translate formal job descriptions into interesting and advertisement-like job postings
Utilize the company applicant tracking method to document candidate notes, interviews and disposition reasons
Provide a positive experience for applicants, new hires and customers
Provide management team with regular updates/reports on recruiting activity and results
Keep up-to-date on current recruiting trends and best practices
Assist more junior members of the recruiting team
Perform other duties and undertakes special projects as assigned
About You:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years experience in the full recruiting lifecycle
Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment
Ability to clearly define ideal candidate profiles and create an action plan to source them
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Must be technologically proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
