Join a global, team-oriented organization as our new Shipping Clerk III in our Cedar Park, TX office where the work is interesting and the days are filled with exciting, new types of projects for a wide variety of clients. Position Description As a Shipping Clerk III you will be responsible for ensuring work is performed by the shipping team according to all ETS-Lindgren policies and procedures. Responsibilities: * Assist the Logistics Manager by conducting weekly team meetings to assign daily work schedules to achieve shipping goals and expedite workflow * Oversee incoming and outgoing of shipping activities to include items such as quality checks during the stages of packaging to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition on the shipment * Responsible for communication with core carriers to schedule pick-up/deliveries * Investigate and resolve shipping issues.
Provides proactive resolution for shipping issues to enhance future productivity * Collaborate with Craters to prioritize crating needs to support a smooth workflow within the team * Order and maintain record for crating supplies, shipping supplies and any other related inventory needs. Manage offsite shipping storage * Coordinate service group shipments Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED. * Forklift Certification.
* 4-5 years of experience in a shipping environment. * 2-3 years of manufacturing environment experience. * 1 year of CSI9 or similar ERP experience.
