We Searching For Customer Service Representative and you will be responsible for entering customers’ orders; account management; customer service in a call center environment; backlog maintenance; close interaction with other departments such as Credit, Sales and Warehouse; and addressing customer inquiries related to open orders.
Proficient in Microsoft office application a must.
HVAC experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to analyze complex data and reports
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills
Have worked in a call center environment in the past
Worked within the customer service field at least three years
High School Diploma or equivalent required
AA/AS degree in Business or related field desired
