Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant With Accounting Experience to join us. You will perform clerical and administrative functions as well as do accounting/bookkeeping and preparing tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
- Filing
- Process tax returns
- Scan tax documents into the cloud based filing system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferably in an accounting office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Bookkeeping and Accounting experience
- Ability to prepare tax returns
We are a local CPA Firm of 3 people in Farmington Hills. We have a strong client base with a need for someone with experience in need of part time and flexible hours. The candidate should be able to do some accounting/bookkeeping and the ability to prepare some tax return with direction and assistance.
