Job Description

Customer Service Representative will also have administrative assistant duties. Job duties include but not limited to:

1.       Assist customers in store with device drop offs, pick ups, or general questions.

2.       Diagnose devices to the best of your ability or work with technician on shift to diagnose device

3.       Give customer estimated quotes for repairs

4.       Complete sales of devices, accessories, etc.

5.       Work with technicians on quotes, diagnosis, and updates

6.       Call customers for repair updates, ready for pickup, etc.

7.       Answer phone calls, and assist customers over the phone

8.       Assist with everyday store needs, such as cleaning, paperwork, update customer tickets.

9.       Update inventory
