Entry Level Sales Associate

EPN & Partners of Grand Rapids is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Sales interactions with potential customers
• Ability to work with customers to complete sales orders
• Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual performance goals
• Maintain a high level of world-class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
• Recommend products or solutions that best suit the customer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some college experience
• Strong customer service skills
