EMSL Analytical, the fastest growing provider of environmental laboratory services, is currently seeking a Full Time Contracts Administrator at our corporate office located in Cinnaminson, NJ. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The completion and tracking of multiple items in a given day, heavy e-mail and phone communication, database work and administrative tasks as needed
Prepare, letters, modify documents, and other documents. EFT/ACH forms to be forwarded to Accounting Department as needed.
Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems.
Generate and modify reports and documents using Word, Excel, or Adobe as needed.
Subpoena's, expert witness and legal document support.
Complete online and hard-copy vendor forms and registrations to allow for Clients and Suppliers to work with EMSL
Execution of contracts, subcontracts, work orders, task orders and NDA's and tracking for counter executed copies.
Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Assist in all general administrative duties and other duties as required,
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Two to five years' of office experience in an administrative support position.
Prior experience as a legal secretary or a paralegal is a plus.
Must be skilled in verbal & written communication, customer service, time management, and decision-making.
Must be a team player and works well and professionally with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Must be proficient with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).
Must have the ability to create, manipulate and maintain databases.
Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
Must have strong attention to detail and personal initiative.
Must have the ability to produce error-free work and to adapt quickly to new work assignments and situations.
Must be reliable and have on-time attendance.
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., extra hours and/or weekend work may be required to meet business demands.
