Job Description
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Botanical builders are assigned to a primary area, but, in addition to your primary area, they are also fully trained to assist in other areas of the department including, but not limited to, the water room and warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of the job.
Cultivate a floral culture by sharing excitement and passion for floral design with team members and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, work area, floor, and sanitation regulations are met.
Take product from production carts and place in work area to begin daily work assignment.
Check product against work order to be sure correct product and quantity was received.
Build arrangements by using photographed picture of the product being constructed.
Work with designer and product manager to assure one of a kind product is produced for individual customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Prior experience in the related field.
An enjoyment of arts and crafts and working with your hands a plus.
Education and Experience:
High School or GED
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Sitting 80%, Bending-15%, Walking-5%
