We are looking for a qualified full time Sales Coordinator to assist with the organization and operations of a growing cannabis company in Santa Barbara County.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of sales support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Assist sales team in order to refine and optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records in company CRM database.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Help maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
CRM knowledge (eg. Salesforce or similar)
A working knowledge of cannabis strains and products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Google Drive
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Bi-lingual is a plus
