RPA Technical Developer: Design, build, test, and implement robotics process automation (RPA) solutions. Coordinate subsystems integration for optimal performance and reliability of automation. Create and maintain process and solution documentation; PDD, SDD, operational runbook and user guide for each automation. Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements. Consult with Automation Navigator to contribute and facilitate test procedures and scenarios. Perform peer review of solution designs. Understand the cost benefit analysis (CBA) assessments throughout progressive process analysis gates. Manage development and design to meet the predicted ROI. Participate in key stroke analysis to re-imagine the process in automation for optimal performance, quality, and reliability. Analyze and estimate new processes and assess feasibility to maximize business value. Regularly report average handling time of automation to track value delivered and investigate usage or performance deviations. Resolve incidents and perform maintenance and incremental enhancements as needed to ensure value is being delivered through the RPA program.
KNOWLEDGE: Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Possess a high level of analytical ability to understand sophisticated programs/systems for resolving business problems. Ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Coordinate work prioritized by senior developers. Builds stable working relationships internally and externally.
SUPERVISION: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience. Typically requires 2-3 years in software development and analysis, to include one year of RPA software programming experience. UiPath RPA Associate Certification with Advanced Developer Certification is desired. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes. Experience with Windows Operating Systems. Experience with SQL/PLSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
*Note: This position is remote and can be anywhere in the US but must work PST business hours 8am-5pm PST.
