Job Description

Position Mission

Aims to ensure compliance and keeping over time of the technical-quality requirements of reliability of the finished product, the achievement of performance targets set and the respect for the Customer's Specific Requirements (CSR).

Position Main Responsibilities

Role is the main reference for Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor, for quality issues to the following activities:

  • Analyses and evaluates the requirements (specifications, technical standards and reliability) of the product
  • Understand and solve problems related to product quality for Customers
  • Accompanies the Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor, during periodic visits to Customer, in order to fully understand needs (if needful)
  • Provides technical support during audits performed by the customer
  • Ensures the process of 0Km customer claims management
  • Analyses data about product defects (0km and Field)

Supports the Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor:

  • To point out and solve any technical issues and anticipate potential failure modes
  • For the feasibility of Customers requirements after the phase of sample presentation to Customers
  • For the process of Field customer claims
  • In case of deviation permit about the product
  • For the keeping of standards of Technical Factor
  • To have access to Customer web portals and monitor performance & manage claims
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

required

Bachelor degree in scientific or technical discipline

Experiences required

  • Minimum 3 years work experience acquired in Customer Quality field
