A qualified candidate must possess 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume scratch kitchen. The right candidate has high-level experience leading and mentoring his or her Team, demands excellence through high-detail coaching, is committed to upholding the quality and standards of the kitchen, can troubleshoot product cost challenges, and is obsessed with the tiniest details of anything that can elevate a Guest’s experience.
