Job Description

EG Workforce Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates on behalf of Epredia in Kalamazoo, MI! Epredia is global precision cancer diagnostics company working to improve patient outcomes by providing groundbreaking technologies.

1st Shift Information:

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6am-3:30pm, occasional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
$50 perfect attendance bonus!
New Starts on Mondays following Successful Tour with Supervisors

2nd Shift Information:

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 3:15pm-12:45am, occasional Saturdays
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
$50 perfect attendance bonus!
New Starts on Mondays following Successful Tour with Supervisors

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate and drive stand-up forklift in a warehouse setting while adhering to all safety protocols
Operate handheld DSI to scan orders, pick product, and control inventory
Inspect products received for distribution against purchase orders or invoices
Maintain records of products
Reject unsatisfactory products
Package and prepare product or final shipment
Post weights and shipping charges
Utilize shipping software and weight meters to prepare, track, and properly invoice products to customers

Additional Details:

Able to lift, push, and/or pull 60 pounds
Able to operate forklift, pallet jack, and/or order processor/selector
Compile with 5S and GMP to keep a clean and safe environment
Follow SOPs as documented and trained

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (will be required to show proof if hired in permanently)
1-Year of Warehouse Experience
1-Year of Forklift Experience
