Job Description:Scope of Position: Provide onsite and digital support to the CareerLink Operator(s) and build compliance systems to ensure that all PA CareerLink customers have positive experiences.Establish policies and best practices that meet local, state, and federal Equal Opportunity (EO) standards.Essential Functions:Serve as the local point of contact for all EO requirements, reporting, and customer inquiriesCommunicate with local workforce board EO officers regarding EOO initiativesProvide clear goals, expectations, and strategic vision to all PA CareerLink staff regarding EO standards and implementationSuggest recommendations to restore and resolve EO issues, customer grievances, and document appropriatelyConnect with the EDSI Talent Team and external partners to hold regularly scheduled training on topics such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ADA Guidelines, Non-Discrimination, and ConfidentialityPartner with the EDSI Talent Team to complete EO... compliance audits as necessaryEstablish a system of protocols with the workforce board and PA CareerLink Operators in response to customer grievances and non-complianceTrack and produce reports of staff who have attended professional development trainingEnsure all PA CareerLink offices present appropriate signage in designated areasComplete and conduct regularly scheduled compliance audits and corresponding reportingReview and update all printed and electronic customer materials to ensure documents meet EO standardsForm committees of PA CareerLink staff to serve as EO championsCollaborate with local human services partners to ensure all customers have reasonable accommodations to access PA CareerLink services, including but not limited to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Senior Services, and the Office of Mental HealthPromote cross-training with PA CareerLink staff and partner organizations regarding best practice service delivery to their respective customersCreate a sustainable resource list of area colleagues who speak multiple languages for quality customer communication, along with updated language line informationInspect physical workspaces and equipment to maintain compliance with EO standardsContribute to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and engage customersDevelop new approaches for market development via social media platforms, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sourcesIdentify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement via social media outreachAssist local workforce board EO Officers with developing and maintaining outreach planDevelop content for social media to promote services, events, and resourcesTrack social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalabilitySupport business services and partners with live and online eventsRequired Experience:Education and Experience Requirements:2-5 years of human resources, training, and compliance/quality assurance experience highly preferredBachelor degree in related field required1-3 years of demonstrated social media expertiseMust be able to demonstrate experience in delivering high quality customer serviceMust be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and be willing to travel up to 50%Proven ability to analyze data and trends to make recommendations on improvementThis is a remote position after onboarding and training.From: EDSI
