Position Description: The successful candidate would join a team of 6 - 10 developers working in the customer service space to deliver new web application & IVR functionality to both customers and contact agents. There will be a blend of on-premise and Azure-based work required among a blend of different technologies. Daily responsibilities will include attending daily SCRUM, completing user story tasks involving design, data extraction, transformation, integration and testing. The candidate will also be required to demo their completed user stories for the business at biweekly demos.
The candidate will need to be skilled at dealing with requirements that may be ambiguous and be able to make progress in a fast-paced environment with little oversight.
General: Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions and to communicate clearly with peers.
