You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
Posting accounts receivable, processing accounts payable, and reconciling cash postings
Performing data input and basic mathematical calculations related to accounting
- Answering and routing phone calls
Managing incoming material by verifying accuracy, sorting, and distributing; preparing outgoing mail
Acting as the main point of contact in the office for human resources and accounting related questions and concerns
Maintaining relationships with off-site Corporate employees to ensure office needs are met
Maintaining office supply inventory and purchasing supplies
Performing computer operations such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assisting professional staff with various clerical duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience; at least one year of experience related to HR preferred
