We are looking for a Head Chef who can maintain a food cost of 25%, a labor cost of 14%, and build a winning culture in our kitchen. If this is something you feel you can do better than anyone else we would love to hear from you.
We seek a detail-oriented Head Chef who can help us to produce beautiful and creative food for events while continuously improving our process.
Daily work will include ordering, planning, managing KPI’s, and building a great culture. 5 years catering experience is a must.

Understanding of food and labor costs and options to improve them
