Experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality is a plus
The commitment to starting a new career and working hard
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
