Job Description

Eastern Dental is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team. Our Customer Success Consultants will work across multiple departments. You will act as the go between for the Remote Team Member, Team Lead, and the office to ensure success metrics are hit. You will work with the Sales team to help build on the goals of new clients through the onboarding phase and act as the liaison between departments and added services.

In this role, you will manage a client's experience and handle all objections to ensure satisfaction with the client. You will work with sales and operations to better the client experience. Use your business acumen to identify how Eastern Dental could help a business grow.

How the Customer Success Consultant fits in:
You will be part of a growing company ensuring add on services are in the best interest of the client to ensure the revenue cycle management process is fulfilled. You will be working with current clients ranging from one doctor practice to group practices and building out a successful department. As this role matures, we envision a department working in the emerging dental groups industry.

In this role, you will:
Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales, and Marketing Teams to develop and implement appropriate services to increase the efficiencies of the clients.
Build relationships with Office Managers, Insurance Coordinators, Dentists
Bring a positive attitude in times of conflict to ensure the success of the client.
Schedule meetings with your accounts on a regular basis to ensure success
Act as a liaison between the company and the client
Increase retention of clients
Sell new products & services to current clients
Leverage relationships to grow the business

Dental Experience
High energy and a contagious positive attitude

The ability to deal with and thrive on objections, rejections, and challenging clients should they arise
