This is a Marine service center. The ideal candidate will be oriented, excellent data entry skills, able to multi-task while working in a fast pace environment, handle highly confidential information, professional, proficient in excel and quickbooks. Follow directions and tasks in a timely fashion.
We are looking for a qualified customer service representative (Bilingual) with over 5 years experience with excellent communication skills. Communicates with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar. Additionally you will be responsible (but limited to ) taking incoming calls and/or email and assisting customers with any questions regarding services, taking requests from customers and processing them. Also Scheduling and following up calls to customers.
